Wonderful employees, incredibly helpful and useful especially during the day shifts. For the price its an outstanding deal. The receptionist is great, is familiar with excellent locations to go to for holidaymakers.

This hotel was really centrally located and the staff members at the reception were there at all the hours. The beds have been cozy and the people in the hotel were usually respectful with each other so the atmosphere was nice.The air con was on and off, but wasn´t a big deal. Really wonderful hotel and wonderful location. I Certainly suggest this place!

The personnel is a ten, quite attentive and helpful. The food items, the facilities, anything was very good. We spent a terrific stay as well as the dinner was mouth watering. We liked Hotel Poinger Hof. We will repeat!

Stayed for 5 days with my husband. Beds ended up big enough and the space was always clean. Staff members were being pretty handy and welcoming and always took care to make us feel good. Rooms are spacious and also the closet. The bathroom was clean and the shower was fantastic. Not an incredibly social hotel however, maybe it was like this during our stay.
